About Us
Established in 2010 by Directors Andy & Helene, 2let2U Swindon Ltd has grown quickly due to the quality service and attention to detail provided. We have built up a solid base of customers on the back of our innovative marketing strategies, resulting in hundreds of satisfied tenants and landlords. We pride ourselves on our fresh approach to the way we undertake our business; blowing away the cobwebs of traditional unenthusiastic and non proactive letting agents!
As the business has grown, so has the team. Currently employing a number of both full time and part time staff, who are experienced in the lettings industry. The team pride themselves on their passion for the industry, and have been either awarded or are currently studying toward membership of the professional body ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents). This membership ensures the entire team are knowledgeable and compliant with current legislation, enabling us to offer first class service you can rely on.
OFFICE MANAGER
Ben Deacon: Ben joined the team in March 2012, having had 12 years previous experience in residential sales with various agents in the South West of England. His wealth of knowledge and practical ability has given Ben a keen eye for quality and understanding of the local market. Bens enthuisasm and dedication shines through whilst running the day to day office.
Ben has a young family and spends most of his spare time with them
LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR:
Jack Savage: Jack comes to the team having run his own agency previously. He deals predominantly with new tenants and ensures properties are successfully let on a quick turn around, reducing void periods for our landlords. He is able to think flexibly on his feet to satisfy our new tenants requirements and find the right property for them.
Jack enjoys playing golf and football in spare time, and when he's not doing anything sporty, he can be found under his car bonnet, learning about mechanics.
ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT:
Issy Williams: Issy handles the back office administration and is currently undertaking an apprenticeship with us. Her meticulous eye for detail ensures that the team are well supported and organised.

Helene & Andy: Starting out in 2010, Andy & Helene have built up the business using their passion and experience. Their drive and dedication to their customer base have often caused them to go beyond the line of duty, but they show no signs of slowing down and are constantly evolving their business.
